HRD is the new GSAclub department where new methods of recruitment, mentoring and on-the-job training are studied and put into effects.
Recruitment: through a strategic international campaign we recruit the potential candidates seeking from the most qualified sources.
Mentoring: a daily information exchange at all levels is the starting point for GSAclub's employees training. Constant feed backs and statistics allow HRD to supervise the growth of the best resources.
On-the-job training: the final step of the recruitment procedure is “gaining experiences on site”.
GSAclub is the only Italian company that owns an exclusive recruitment procedure, fully costless to the partecipants, based on 5 steps:
- first information
- admission test (psycologic group interview) (1 day)
- selection internship
- training internship (15 days)
- on-the-job training
